The city area formed by the triangle of Radnička Street, Heinzelova Street and the extension of Branimirova Street, has recently been one of the most intense construction sites in Zagreb: the incessant noise of construction machinery and the disordered vista of cranes have been the normal state of affairs here. The constant background rumble behind the fronts of arranged peripheral blocks is a sign of continuous transformation within the city’s tissue.
